I have a gainer shake video filmed that I just need to edit (if you like major calories being consumed and bloating this is a goodie!)
I have a cold/flu which I probably caught from a concert I went to on Saturday so my voice is a bit iffy so sorry about that!
It was the first concert Iβve been to since gaining a substantial amount of weight and I was standing the whole time! Lemme tell ya, my feet were killing me afterwards!!!
I will say though.. there were plenty of fat people there and Iβd even say a few feedee/feeders from what I witnessed so if anyone was at MGK in Wembley I may have seen ya haha!
I also made the mistake of eating a massive TGI friday meal beforehand and all the jumping around and food sloshing in my gut made me so sleepy and sick after π it was a great time though.. not far off sneaking into the disabled section though honestly! Iβll need a wheelchair in a years time!!
