Mage Assassin 2 Chapter 8 (Sex scene)

The early morning sun filtered through the orangery window and pooled around the Ember Priestess who lay sleeping beside me. The sheet was barely covering her naked body, except for a small corner that she had scrunched and nuzzled under her chin.

I had been in such a rush lately that it was nice to have nothing to do apart from listen to the birds outside the window chirping their morning tunes. Everything was still and hushed before the chaos of the day began, and I enjoyed every moment of it.

I watched Cinis’ chest rise and fall with each breath and examined the contours of her body. They ran down her like a wave stagnated just before its fall, and her skin looked almost pure white as it shone in the sunshine that rained down on her.

She was ethereal in her beauty, and mornings with her were always my favorite time of the day because it felt like time was suspended.

I rolled closer to the winged woman and brushed aside a strand of her black hair with my fingertips. The sunlight reflected a prism of color between us, and the shadows from the leaves of the orangery dappled the bed. I squinted through tired eyes to admire Cinis more clearly, and she looked so delicate and pure as she slept. I enjoyed this softer side of her, even if I did only get to see it at dawn, but it was impossible to resist waking her so I could enjoy her in a few more ways.

“Good morning,” I murmured in her ear.

Slowly, Cinis’ red-amber eyes started to blink open. They looked even more red in this light, almost as if they were on fire. She took a minute to try and readjust herself to her surroundings and then looked at me and smiled.

I leaned in and kissed the freckles on her nose as she sighed in response.

She was warm, like always, but I had gotten used to her heat now, and her heated touch felt comforting against my skin.

The Ember Priestess gazed at me for a while without saying anything while the corners of her mouth slowly turned upward. We had woken up like this most mornings lately, and I still never tired of seeing her laying there naked beside me.

Her docile behavior didn’t last for long, though, and her eye color shifted to a darker shade of red that I knew only meant one thing.

“Good morning, Master Morgan,” the Ember Priestess purred in a husky tone.

I groaned softly as I caressed the side of her cheek, and when she smirked at me in a devilish way, I gently parted her thighs.

“How many times do I have to tell you?” I said and brought myself on top of her. “You’re the one person in this house who doesn’t have to call me that.”

“I like calling you master,” Cinis whispered.

Her words sent heat blooming through my chest, and this time, it wasn’t coming from her silky skin.

Then she let out a soft moan as I stooped to pull one of her large, deep-red nipples into my mouth, and from there, I traveled down her sleek body and kissed her as I went. She was heating more by the second, and by the time I plunged my tongue into her slick tunnel, her heat was blazing through me.

Cinis’ pussy was sinfully sweet and scorching hot but I couldn’t keep myself off her. I held onto her plush hips as her nails latched into my hair, and I kept delving my tongue deep into her slippery tunnel no matter how much she bucked uncontrollably. Each taste of her only made me hungrier, and the priestess’ panting breaths echoed around the room as I devoured her pussy.

From between her warm thighs, I could look up and see her ample breasts swelling rapidly below her plump red lips, but before I could get my fill of her, Cinis’s red eyes locked on mine.

Then she abruptly pulled me up to her mouth by my hair, and she kissed me like a starved woman.

Our tongues sparked as they met, and her thick lips devoured my own, and nothing else seemed to exist.

There was only this fiery woman beneath me whose luscious body was perfectly built for pleasure, and every tantalizing inch of her was soft and heating more by the second.

Then I roughly released Cinis’ lips, and found her literally burning with desire.

Her freckles were glowing like embers, her eyes turned a brilliant ruby red, and her blackish-red wings spread out beneath her pale body as she latched her nails into my back.

“I want you inside me,” Cinis purred in a velvety tone. “Now.”

“I thought you liked it when I was the master?” I teased.

The priestess’ eyes narrowed as her breasts swelled faster, and I grinned as she dragged her nails down my back to torment me.

But I could play that game, too.

I shifted my knees so her thighs were spread wide for me, and I lined up my cock with her womanhood. I only teased her from there, though, while I dragged the tip of my shaft up and down her wet pussy lips, and I shook from the intoxicating heat of her coursing through my dick and up my spine.

Cinis growled with a mixture of fury and arousal while she writhed from just this one touch, and I wanted nothing more than to bury myself deep into her tight tunnel.

Still, I forced myself to keep from ravaging her just yet, and I slowly penetrated the Ember Priestess one inch at a time. Her pussy was so tight and warm that I cried out, but Cinis smiled blissfully and arched like a cat getting a pet in just the right spot.

“Yesssss…” the Ember Priestess moaned with unbridled lust as she took my cock deeper and deeper into her eager body, and her pale curves rolled under me like she couldn’t wait another moment to feel my full girth.

“Do you like that?” I could already feel her pussy convulsing with pleasure as I gave her just half of my length, but then her nails latched into my lower back.

“Dex, I need more!” Cinis begged. “I need all of you deep inside of me, don’t torture me any more.”

“If that’s what you need,” I growled, and I stooped to kiss her thick lips before I rolled over and made her straddle me.

The movement forced my cock deeper, and Cinis screamed toward the ceiling as my entire shaft was finally buried deep in her flaming hot pussy. Then she began to thrust against me with abandon, and her heavy breasts jumped with her movements.

I gripped the tiny cinch of her waist to make her bounce even harder, and she didn’t fight against my control this time. My fiery lover gave me a devilish smile as her luscious body rolled in my grasp, and I raked my gaze over the taut red buds of her nipples, her toned abdomen, and the supple curve of her wide thighs clinging to me.

Then my eyes found the mound between her splayed legs, and the sight of Cinis’ pussy sliding up and down my shaft almost made me climax on the spot.

Getting to fuck a decendant of the fire deities was now a part of my daily routine, but every single time, it only got better and better. Cinis’ burning gaze became more and more adoring every time she took my dick this deep, and her ample curves and goddess-like beauty satisfied every one of my desires.

Whether she was feisty and needing to be taken in hand, or soft and servile, the Ember Priestess fit my needs perfectly. Her powers also surged through me whenever we were this connected, and the fiery pulsing in my veins only spurred me onward.

Cinis started whimpering with every thrust as her bright red irises burned down into mine, and we kept our eyes locked on each other as our bodies merged together with fiery force. Her nails dug deeper into my chest as she bounced faster and faster on my cock, and when I felt her fiery tunnel spasming around my shaft, I couldn’t keep from climaxing with her.

I released a river of cum deep into her womb, and the sparking heat of her seemed to keep me cumming in waves.

“Fuuuuck, Dex!” Cinis growled, and her voice was shaky, and hoarse. “More! I need more of your seed, fill me entirely!”

Her words forced another surge of semen out of me as her red eyes rolled to the back of her head, and she clutched her black hair with one hand while she clung to my chest with the other.

The heated pain and pleasure sent stars across my vision while she moaned on and on, and when I’d finally emptied every drop of my sperm into the Ember Priestess’ hungry womb, she collapsed against my chest.

Then I pulled her up to me by her slender neck and kissed her passionately while she whimpered against my tongue. Her hair was strewn across her face, and her pussy was dripping around my shaft, but I kept her there until I was done enjoying her thick lips and warm tongue.

When I’d had my fill, I pushed her hair back behind her ear so I could admire her ethereal beauty up close.

Cinis’ wings were cooling again, and they shadowed over us and slowly flapped to cool us both in a gentle breeze. We panted and tried to catch our breaths for several minutes, but then I pulled myself out of her heated tunnel, and the Ember Priestess’ moan sounded almost pouty as she rolled off of me.

I glanced over and smiled at her, and her red-amber eyes were hooded with satisfaction.

“Incredible,” Cinis purred. “Your seed is like a tonic I cannot get enough of. I already want more.”

“You’re insatiable,” I chuckled as I rifled my icy-white hair out of my face.

In truth, I was still throbbing for her, but that feeling always lingered no matter how long I spent enjoying her exotic body. Cinis was like an addiction to me, and I looked over toward her naked body just because I couldn’t get enough of that view.

The dappled sunlight through the orangery illuminated her bare breasts like a delicious beacon, and without a thought, I found myself rolling toward her.

Then I drew her dark red nipple into my mouth, and I gently suckled at her while she sighed with approval. Cinis stroked her fingers through my hair and pulled me even tighter against her warm body, and when my fingers trailed down to her mound, she instinctively spread her legs just one more time.

Her pussy was dripping wet from our shared climax, and slipping just one finger inside her entrance made Cinis’ breath catch in her throat.

I was gentle with her this time as I slowly slid my finger in and out of her, and I trailed my tongue in circles around her taut nipple. I listened to her soft and breathy whimpers build as she tenderly massaged my scalp. Then I felt her arousal building to another pinnacle, and I drew her nipple deeper into my mouth.

“Dex… you’re too good to me,” Cinis whimpered, but the words were lost in a series of gasps as she climaxed against my hand.

Her warm body shivered softly while I kept stroking her pussy through her orgasm, and when she was done, I eased my finger out of her spasming tunnel and left a light kiss on her dark red nipple.

Then I looked up to see pure adoration in the Ember Priestess’ eyes.

“You always know what I need and when,” Cinis whispered.

“I could say the same about you,” I chuckled lightly.

The Ember Priestess smiled like a fiery angel as I pulled her into my arms, and she curled up against my chest with a quiet sigh.

We laid there for a moment without saying anything to each other. Instead, we both enjoyed the heat passing between us as the dapple light brightened the room more with each passing minute. All of the tension in my body seemed to have melted away and been replaced with Cinis’ warmth and love, and I’d never felt so happy as I did whenever she was in my arms.

“I didn’t think you’d be back last night,” I murmured. “I thought you were staying at the Ardere for a while.”

“I can’t resist seeing you,” Cinis whispered. “And I like being here. The Ardere is where I have lived for my whole life, but here feels more like home.”

“It is your home,” I agreed and left a kiss in her black hair. “You’re always welcome in this estate… forever.”

Cinis giggled softly, and she pushed herself up onto her elbow so she could look into my eyes as she trailed her fingertips along my jawline.

“So, what’s happening over there now?” I asked. “In the Ardere.”

“It’s all so hectic,” she sighed. “And the chaos seems to be focused around me. It makes me so uncomfortable. I’ve never been a woman who enjoyed being everyone’s focus, especially in the last few years, but I guess it’s just something I’ll have to get used to.”

“It’ll be alright,” I comforted her.

“How did you do it?” she asked and traced my lips. “Taking over the estate, I mean. When I first met you, you hated people knowing who you were, and you always liked to stay in the shadows.”

“Yes, but I stepped up because I had to,” I admitted. “What I’d prefer to be doing doesn’t always matter when the time comes to take on larger responsibilities. And I don’t mind. If you know you have what it takes to do a good job, then anonymity is secondary.”

“That is good advice,” Cinis lulled, and her smile took my breath away for a moment. She was always beautiful, but seeing her quiet and vulnerable like this was almost too much perfection to bear. “But it is strange to adjust to. It seems like everyone at the Ardere is doing so much for me. And talking so much about me. And expecting so much of me…”

“Cinis, you’re not only an Ember Priestess anymore,” I said and stroked her cheek. “You’re set to rule an ancient area that has been carved out especially for fire beings for centuries. It’s not meant to be easy work, and it will come with a lot of changes, but I know you can do this. You were meant to be in power.”

“How can you possibly know that?” Cinis sighed, and she shook her head as she went back to tracing my jawline.

“Because I’ve been making love to you for weeks,” I told her flat out. “Trust me, power like yours deserves to be both feared and worshipped. This position as ruler of the Ardere is perfect for you.”

Cinis laughed and nudged me playfully, but I caught her lips in a fiery kiss to prove how much I meant it. She returned the kiss with twice as much passion, and when our lips parted, her freckles were glowing like embers again.

“I suppose part of me feels I can do this,” she finally mumbled. “But you should see it, Dex. I walked through the castle yesterday, including the rooms where Ignis resided, and it was almost ridiculous to see it all. He lived so extravagantly, but I don’t want that to be me. I’ve grown up with simple things in my life, and everything I’ve inherited, like all the palace rooms, well, I just don’t want it.”

“Why don’t you focus on learning about everything you’ve inherited first and then kick up a fuss,” I chuckled. “All those details can be sorted out after, and you’ll make it your own palace soon enough. Just think about what you’re going to achieve as a leader.”

“Yeah,” she agreed in her softest tone.

I watched as a smile formed on her face, and I could tell from the look in her eyes that she was thinking of all the brilliant things she’d like to accomplish as the ruler of the Ardere. Excitement glinted in her red-amber eyes, but there was a hint of fiery resolve there, too, and I grinned as I admired the view.

“You’ll be amazing,” I reminded her. “And if you ever need me to help with anything, then you know I will.”

“You’re too good to me,” Cinis whispered.

“No.” I shook my head. “You deserve everything I give to you, and I happen to enjoy seeing the women I love get exactly what they want.”

“Speaking of the women you love,” the Ember Priestess led, and her eyes searched mine carefully. “Have you heard anything else from Ephy?”

“No, I was hoping that you might have, actually…” I trailed.

“I haven’t,” Cinis said and bit her lip. “I’ve checked the stream closest to the Ardere a few times just because I thought I might find her waiting for me, but I didn’t have any luck.”

“That’s okay, just keep searching for me when you can,” I softly returned. “I actually haven’t got any updates with her at all. Unless I go to the pond, the only way we talk is if she contacts me through the waters herself. I guess I don’t have a plan right now, I’m just waiting for her to come to me.”

“I’m sure she will,” Cinis said. “She loves you, and she’s not going to just leave you without any word.”

“What if it’s not her choice to leave me, though?” I probed.

“Someone once told me that I should focus on what I should be doing now and kick up a fuss later,” she chuckled. “And I’m sure that same person told me that if I ever needed anything, they would help me, so you know that help is always reciprocated, Master Morgan.”

I flashed her a smile, and she mirrored it.

“I just need Ephy to say something to me, to tell me she’s okay, so it can put my mind to rest,” I said. “I can kill, I can hunt, I can do anything like that, but I’m not good at waiting around for fate to somehow steer the helm.”

“I know,” Cinis solemnly groaned. “I worry about her, too. But she’s strong, and if she’s in a bad situation, then she can find her way out. We don’t love her because she’s delicate, we love her because she’s multidimensional, and always surprises us.”

“Ture,” I agreed. “It’s only that I wish I could figure everything out for her. Unfortunately, I don’t even know where to start.”

“You have a lot on your plate too, remember,” Cinis gently reminded me.

“I do, and I should get back to all of it.” I pulled myself up so I was sitting on the edge of the bed, and then I twisted and leaned over the Ember Priestess and kissed her. “I don’t want to be late to start the day.”

I prided myself on being punctual, and this was part of what earned me this position to begin with. Every day, I would rise at the same time, train at the same time, even eat at the same time if I didn’t have an assignment to carry out early on. But my routine had changed dramatically since taking over the estate, especially because I was spending less time in the field, and more time in the office or researching targets around town. I still trained as hard as I always did, though, because I wanted to keep my mind sharp and my body in peak condition.

“I should probably get ready to go to the Ardere, too,” Cinis sighed and slowly rose from the rumpled sheets.

I glanced toward the Ember Priestess. She was sitting up, and her curvaceous body left a shadow on the blankets around her. She stretched languidly before she stood up, and I couldn’t help ogling her perfect, full figure for a moment.

Then, one piece at a time, she started slipping on her clothing from a stash she’d been keeping in my wardrobe lately. She wore an all-black leather corset today that clung to her impossibly narrow waste, and she pulled a gauzy black skirt up over her broad hips. The fabric was piled thickly, but knowing she had nothing on underneath the soft skirt was a secret I loved keeping for myself, and she finished the outfit off with a pair of boots that laced up her calves.

I followed her lead and threw on my casual trousers and a loose-fitted, black tunic, but before I could hand Cinis one of the screwblers I got her from Eroven’s stall, we both heard something coming from the glowing green fountain in the corner of the lavish room.

It was a low-tone hum, and not at all the way my sweet siren would sing before she arrived.

We both lifted our heads up and focused on the corner, and then looked at each other with wide eyes.

“Do you think…” Cinis whispered.

“I don’t know,” I muttered, and I was almost afraid to get my hopes up.

Without a moment more of hesitation, we both ran to the aquamarine fountain. Cinis stayed a little ways back from me while I pawed at the soft water to look for Ephy, or whoever it was that the sounds were coming from.

I didn’t want to say the siren’s name, in case it was one of the goddesses coming to speak with me. I didn't want to anger them by revealing that Ephy visited me here, but if it was one of them, I was eager to speak my piece on the matter.

“Hello?” I asked the milky water. “Who’s there? Are you here to give me guidance, or to warn me?”

My mind raced with the possibilities, and I couldn’t think or see straight for a moment. I felt Cinis’ breath on my neck as she looked over my shoulder to try and see for herself, but both of us waited for what felt like several minutes before anything happened.

“Dex Morgan,” a voice called from the water.

I could feel Cinis’ red-ember eyes on me, but instead of looking at her, I hunched over the water and got closer.

I would recognize that voice anywhere. It was soft and pure like nothing else in this world.

Ephelia.

“She sounds alarmed,” Cinis whispered.

Most people wouldn’t be able to tell the subtle changes in the siren’s lilting voice, but we could hear it clearly. Ephy was still scared, if not more than before. I plunged my hand into the water again and swilled around the milky surface until I started to see the first shadows of the siren’s small face.

She looked different than usual, with puffier lips and a paleness to her skin and eyes, and as a few bubbles slipped from her lips, I realized she must be underwater as she spoke to me now.

“I have to be quick,” Ephy whispered with slight urgency in her voice.

“What’s the matter Ephy?” I asked. “What happened after I left the forest? Has the pond opened back up again?”

“It hasn’t,” Ephy whimpered.

“Well, when will it?” I pressed.

The siren ignored my question and pressed her eyebrows together.

“Dex Morgan, I can’t see you anymore,” Ephy said after a moment, and the words caught in her throat. “They… they told me that it’s been forbidden.”

I tried to keep a level head, but all I wanted to do was fight the water goddesses the moment the words left Ephy’s mouth. I knew it wasn’t a wise idea, given they had infinitely more power than I did, and I knew Ephy would be upset if I took up a fight against her goddesses, but fury overcame me all at once.

“What do you mean, they’ve forbidden it?” I repeated through clenched teeth. “They can’t do that, Ephy.”

She meekly frowned and then slowly looked below her. “They can do what they want to.”

Cinis tugged my arm and forced me to look at her.

“Ask her,” the Ember Priestess mouthed.

I nodded and then turned to face the siren. She seemed like she was in distress, and this time, I couldn’t even fix it by rushing to her side like last time.

“I have to go,” Ephelia hummed before I could speak. “Dex Morgan, I think this is the last time we’ll ever see each other. So, if it is, I want you to know that I will always be looking out for you through these waters, and it wasn’t my choice to leave. If I could stay by your side forever, then I would have, and I’m sorry that it’s come to this.”

“Ephy,” I gasped just as the lines of her face started to blur and dissipate in the water. The siren slowly blinked at me. “I’ll save you from the pond. I’ll find a way to free you. Is that what you want?”

“You couldn’t even if I asked,” she replied, but her voice sounded smaller and more distant, as if she was fading away from me.

“That wasn’t the question,” I growled. “Ephy, do you want to be freed from the pond?”

I saw the siren slipping away even more, and I wasn’t even sure that she could hear me, never mind answer me back.

Within a few seconds, Ephy had completely vanished from the waters, and all that was left was the milky glow from the fountain.

Cinis and I stood over the stone fountain in a baffled silence. When I looked over at the Ember Priestess, her wings had started to glow a ravenous red color, and her freckles sparked with rage. Her mouth was pursed, and she was breathing heavily like she was trying to stop herself from bursting into flames right there.

“Dex, I--” Cinis started.

“I’m going to fix this,” I calmly told her.

“I know I said that we couldn’t or wouldn’t be able to harm the water goddesses, but I refuse to believe it,” she snarled. “Who gives a shit if water ceases to fall? If they’re keeping Ephy prisoner, then we have to do anything we can to free her, no matter how angry the goddesses get.”

“No, we have to play this smart,” I countered and reached out to stroke her arms. “This is not an ordinary circumstance. We are dealing with beings who can’t be slain. There is no defeating the water goddesses. We need to play their game, but we need to play it better. We need tactics and logic on our side, otherwise they’ll keep Ephy as a prisoner forever.”

Cinis huffed and turned away to grab the rest of her things, and she stomped around the room while smoke trailed behind her glowing wings.

“I need to find out more information,” Cinis announced. “I will talk to the goddesses myself and ask them what the hell their problem is, and then I’ll--”

“Cinis,” I warned and took a rough hold of her arm to halt her. “That is not a good idea.”

“Dex, this is Ephy!” she snapped, and I was surprised to see her red eyes beginning to fill with tears despite how furious she looked. “Your Ephy!”

“I know,” I said as calmly as I could, but her words sliced through me. “I will fix this. Do you understand me? Under no circumstances are you to storm off and try to handle this yourself. You know damn well how that went for you the last time.”

Cinis instantly cooled by a few degrees, and she offered me a tense nod.

“You should return to the Ardere,” I told her. “You have things to handle there, yes?”

“Anything can be put on hold if it means figuring out what the hell happened to Ephy,” Cinis returned.

“But we have no idea what the water goddesses are thinking right now, and I couldn’t bear the idea of her ending up in a worse state over our reactions,” I explained.

Cinis wrenched her arm out of my hold, and she furiously paced around the ivy-covered room while her boots clicked against the wooden floor. The leaves above her recoiled from the heatwaves she gave off, but I could tell she was gradually calming down. Her freckles weren’t blazing so bright, and her wings were only a dull red now.

“I promise, I will fix this,” I told her again. “We will fix this, but we’ll do it the right way.”

Cinis let out a husky groan as she finally stopped pacing.

“Fine,” she muttered. “I trust you, but just… don’t go doing anything heroic without me.”

“I rarely do anything heroic anyway,” I said with a smirk.

That finally got a smile out of the fiery woman, and I motioned for her to come to me. Cinis strolled into my arms and buried her face against my tunic, and she was so warm from her brief bout of rage that I hissed as I wrapped my arms around her.

Then a gentle knock came to the door, and I kissed the priestess’ head before I turned to answer it. My pulse was still twice as fast as normal, and I was struggling with my own fury, but I forced a calm expression to my face as I opened the door.

My heart leapt straight into my throat.

Standing in the doorframe was a petite, light-green woman, and she smiled at me like I was the most glorious thing she’d ever laid eyes on.

“Ephy?” Cinis said in a hoarse voice.

Ephelia jumped at me and wrapped both her arms and legs around my body, and she embraced me tighter than I had ever been hugged before. I was frozen in shock for a moment, but eventually, I realized she wasn’t a figment of my imagination.

Ephy was actually here, and my arms locked around her possessively.

“What are you doing here?” I whispered as I nuzzled into her periwinkle hair.

“I escaped so I could see you for one last time,” Ephy murmured. “I have to be quick so they don’t realize I’ve gone, but I couldn’t cope thinking that one brief talk through the waters would be the last memory I would have of you.”

“I can’t believe any of this,” I admitted.

Ephy felt like a boa constrictor the way she coiled around me even tighter, but she was soft all over, and still damp from whatever water she’d emerged from, and I couldn’t loosen my hold on her, either.

“I don’t know how much time I have,” the siren whispered into my ear. “So, I need to say this now. Dex Morgan, I want to be freed from the pond. I want to be yours and only yours forever.”
