Ever since I started dabbling in digital art, I’ve had a little secret - I’ve always drawn Chibis. Something about their exaggerated features and charm caught my heart. When Among Us hit the scene, it resonated so well with my style that I completely immersed myself in it and stopped drawing humans altogether. Honestly, I was always a bit self-conscious about my ability to draw humans. I used to feel a touch of embarrassment and often found myself avoiding it, choosing to stay within the safety of what I knew best.
But recently, something changed. I found a timid yet daring part of myself wanting to branch out and explore new territories - drawing humans, that is. Not as Chibis, but as... well, actual humans. It feels like a big, uncertain leap for me and the butterflies in my stomach are proof of that!
To start this delicate journey, I sketched two original characters (OCs) from some wonderful artists I truly admire. It’s my humble attempt, a small, trembling step towards facing my hesitation and insecurities. I hope you all don’t mind my little experiment. @bloody_sweet_angel @dk_does_art ❤️❤️🙏🏻
