It was obvious the new game will get the vote but it sounded like it was to dictate the order going forward plus going for new game first will give u the chance to rework the characters an classic scenes as prep for away back remake. Easter egg was suggested but I have a better idea 💡 hidden passwords in both games ones in new game will have passwords for early AWBH level skills and accessories for classic EXP boost an drop rate. Away back can have costumes an secret rooms an use votes of what to put in.

Personally after having lost a great deal of progress on a project I always find it easier and sometimes even better if I start from scratch with the knowledge and experience I had received from the first one. I believe it would be great to have you start out a new project and to explore new and interesting stories for everyone to enjoy. It is always nice to have finished a project but with only one person working on it you need to focus on yourself and making sure you don't get burnt out. I do world building all the time for DnD or other little bits of writing and sometimes never finish my stories but I always gather things from unfinished work to help build up a foundation for a story I love and finish. Best of luck to you in this no matter the outcome!

Makes me happy to hear you say that, though both choices will take a lot of commitment, so i probably wouldn't give you any flak if you simply decided "I'm just gonna start both and see which one i feel more passionate about as i get going". - It's somewhat of a brute force logic but when it comes to a "labor of love", the biggest motivator to keep going is passion. That said, if it helps your passion to hear what your patrons prefer, then i'd be making things harder for you by not making a choice, so "New Game" for me it is, with all you have learned and none of the shackles that you may feel the need to include in a remake.

Yes I have a general concept in mind, but I haven't decided in what kind of world it's going to play in. My first idea was to have a modern world where preds are very very rare, like 1 in 50k people is a pred but that's yet to be decided. I won't leave everything to polls, they are meant to help me make a decision if I'm undecisive and give you guys a chance to influence the game in a way that I'm very much okay with:)

I really want to make very high-quality scenes in the new project. That means we won't get like 5 new scenes in one update, like in AWBH sometimes, but the scenes will be much more enjoyable. Also digestion will be a bit different, so the player can really take his time to enjoy the process. There's also going to be different internal views, I posted a picture on the discord in nsfw-art to give you an idea.

I'm down for both. I'm certain I'd enjoy working on a remake as much as I'd enjoy working on an entirely new game. And if it's going to be a new game I'll make sure to have some AWBH easter eggs in it.

While I came for the vore game, the story of A Way Back Home has captured my attention and I really like it. It would be a shame if the whole story went to waste, I'd rather see a remake and updated AWBH rather than an entirely new game

Truth be told, I care more about individual high-quality scenes than them being part of a particular narrative or setting. If a fresh start gives you a creative edge, then do that. Let's not be shy about re-using any elements you have however, some of the scenes in AWBH are choice and deserve to exist in your next project.

I just wish to see you create something you wish to create, as any project you delve into without passion will probably leave a bad taste in your mouth given how frankly excellent AWBH is/was. Let your stomach feeling guide you (Ha, joke intended) and make what you wanna make, be that a new game or remake AWBH, only you can decide what is right for you.
