In retrospect, I've been maybe a bit harsh, but I'd like nothing more than to see such a story put properly into words. Keep at it and you'll get there in time.

2025-01-16 18:22:56 +0000 UTCThe Randall Durham story was unfortunately some of the hardest to read, repeating info dumps, entire sections that feels like you're reading doubled paragraphs and quite a lot of overexposition. Premise was great, but consider keeping it short and simple. A touch of mystery will always win over trying to go over meaningless details and repeating statements. The first ~ 1000 words feel like repeated 3 times with snipets of them repeated again later. To use more modern jargon, basically simping for the crown and duty to the realm.
