Tier 1 changes

i JUST GOT A NEW pc .
now i am able to work on multiple projects while rendering on my older pc. i am very excited about this.
also
instead of only still images, tier 1 will also get source filmmaker gifs, it starts with the next bonus animation. i am working on it.
