The closing is spoiler free or it's so subtle that I still haven't noticed it. The opening definitely shows characters from later episodes. The first 4 episodes aired back-to-back in a 2h block. I think they work fine with time between them. If nothing else it explains why episode 9 just aired for Frieren when most shows are on episode 5.

2023-11-02 04:34:54 +0000 UTCI saw this was popular on the season list but thought it was going to be sad and was going to skip but it’s pretty interesting watching it now, but damn was that sad, such a melancholy feel, I wonder how it’s going to go from here, also I don’t know what the elven rules are but I thought elves did age maybe slowly? I always imagined elves as either super young or super old lol
