My First Moments In Korea
Added 2023-08-26 08:15:11 +0000 UTCI was quite disappointed with what I brought back from Korea last year, these few compilations of clips I'll be posting are just some insights to how my days went. Most were random, a lot was spontaneous and last minute. It was a great experience and I'm glad to be preparing to go back.
It was a new experience with new people, trying to learn new things while still being productive was a lot for me, and it's important for me to acknowledge. I'm learning to be slightly easier on myself, I know what I'm good and not good at, and I want to release these here just to fight against being a perfectionist and showing myself not be good at something in order to try to make progress.
A different approach is necessary this time around so that's what I'm working towards taking notes and ideas for.
If you guys have any ideas for things you'd like to see, even if vlogging some of my experiences doing this and that, let me know. Preferably things I can do on my own, and as long as you guys are interested, it's a good idea.

2023-08-26 18:00:13 +0000 UTCThatโs exactly how I feel Chloe! I didnโt go see much of the big touristy things like Gwangjang market or visit any temples and that felt so off too me. Everyday was figure it out despite what was in my notes and things popped up day off to go do something else that it almost didnโt matter. I hope for the both of us, we can do a bit more like we want to next time around and enjoy it more. I loved my visit there last time but I hope to make it more the next.

My first trip to Korea was kinda similar to your experience in the sense that I was not happy or satisfied with my exposure and what I was able to capture. It was my first time outside of the US and I was completely overwhelmed (both in a good and bad way) being in a new country with limited time and so many ideas. I was upset because I didn't get to do everything I wanted to do and there was conflict with the group I traveled with that soured the whole trip for me. Thankfully, I will be going back in a few months for a few weeks with my best friend so I am beyond excited for this second go at Seoul! I hope you aren't too hard on yourself and can just enjoy your time while also capturing those memories you make with not only us, but for yourself. And just know we appreciate everything you do for us and we are so proud of how far you've come ๐ฅน Can't wait to see what you do in the future ๐ค

I've been watching you since your first BTS video and it's wild that a few years later you were able to go to Korea! Happy for you and I hope you enjoy your next trip there!
