Topaz’s Deal

It states that she gets to “ borrow “ one of its heroes for herself when she choses. This doesn’t mean a hero native to the planet though. So Caelus finds himself on a random IPC controlled world in a random fancy love hotel alone with Topaz. Not that he minds. The two begin to “ conduct business “ eventually leading to a merger of sorts. Well it’s a good thing the IPC has a pretty good maternity leave program.
