Everybody, let’s read “Berserk” ♡
Reading it again and again, it always makes our heart flutter, doesn’t it?
Miura Kentarou-sensei’s other works too: “Gigantomakhia”, “Ourou” and “Ourouden” (written by Buronson), etc.
All of them have the same charm, an energetic and overwhelming drawing power!!
We can meet Miura-sensei and we can feel his mind whenever we read them.
10 years ago… I had a talk with Sensei about “Will manga be all right in the future?”
We were worried… that in the digital world, it might disappear, being defeated by movies/TV or games.
However… manga has certainly survived, even though things are digitalized.
(In 2020, manga sales have rather been the best-ever because of the COVID-19 disaster)
The talk organized by (Young) Animal last year was the last time I talked with Miura-sensei. He was very kind and passionate.
I wanted to talk with him more.
Nevertheless, reading Sensei’s work makes him continue to live.
We can do nothing but thank him.
So…so… everybody, let’s read “Berserk“ ♡
