Harem Hotel v0.14 Begins Development!
Added 2021-09-28 00:34:38 +0000 UTCHello everyone! After extensively planning the next update of Harem Hotel, development begins! You can expect weekly updates, including the alpha build at the end of this week!
What will be in v0.14?
Harem Hotel v0.14 won't have any major focus. Instead, my plans are to expand what already exists. However, a large priority of v0.14 will be to improve the repeatable content, such as dates and chained repeatable sex scenes. I've lined up some very interesting concepts for v0.14 that I hope everyone will enjoy! I'll be keeping this post as spoiler-free as possible.
v0.14 has been tougher to plan than usual because I've been developing not one, but two fantasy religions. A large amount of my effort went into Gaianism, Autumn's religion.
Mafias and gangs are also prevalent in Syl'anar, especially the slums. When building a corrupt society, these two aspects should be apparent. It has already existed in the background, but you'll be finding out a lot more about both in v0.14, and probably connect some dots.
Also, Ashley continues her search for Ren, and changes her look to the way Ren might remember her best.
And I will leave you all with this. Patrons might remember this from the last post, but I don't want to give too much away.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the game's intro will be remade! My goal is to keep it short, but add in more context and better set up the narrative with much higher quality. Other old content is likely to be remade at some point, as always. There's a few events I have in mind that are still of poorer quality and in need of a polish.
Plenty of lewd content is also on the way. F&E and Kali's storylines will include lewd content, and many of the side characters will as well.
When will v0.14 release?
Late November is the best estimate I can give, but nothing is guaranteed. Until then, weekly test builds will be released to patrons. Please help in the development!

You might be better off following Runey on itch.io instead of here; downloads of new updates from there are "name your price". Yes you could in theory get it free, but this is how to vote with your pocketbook, what you can afford, when you can afford it. Patreon is for people who want to support the ongoing development, and are able to. Manually stopping and restarting Patreon payments is a pain, although I have had to do just that myself in previous years.

Google limits APKs to a much smaller size than Hotel Harem, so Runey can't build a native Android version of the game. It does seem to run pretty well under the emulation app JoiPlay, though. At least, I've only had very minor visual bugs on my Pixel 4a.
