Harem Hotel v0.11 Begins Development!
Added 2020-08-31 17:12:41 +0000 UTCHello everyone! Even though development officially begins today, I have already finished a couple events. You can expect regular alpha and beta releases until v0.11 is finished. Previews can be found on my Twitter and Discord
What will be in v0.11?
As the world and story expand, I have felt the need to develop the world's history and it's politics. You can expect v0.11 to be big on lore! (And sex)
The goal as always is at least 1 big story event per main character with some likely getting 2.
Side Characters may end up getting a lot of content as well! I have already finished two Ellen events, one Lucia event, and one big Moon x Maria event. Nia will get a big action event in her love route where you join her on a mission. Hana will even move into Maria's room!
Emma is planned to get at least four dungeon events, and Maria is planned to get plenty of lust content!
When will v0.11 release?
Probably early November
Lore
Before I end this post, I've been making some things to help me with development that I wanted to share for those interested.
Firstly, here's the original map I made in Inkarnate that shows the two biggest cities on Syl'anar, Harem Hotel's location, where the humans first found Syl'anar, and each region's biomes. As time goes on, I will probably fill this map out more.
Before humans were even a thought in any elf's head, thousands of years before human colonization, Syl'anar's borders looked like this, each region having it's own distinct people and kingdoms. (Excuse the lazily filled in borders)
But wait! Humans in Syl'anar don't even know what a High Elf is!
That's because by the time they found Syl'anar, the regions looked more like this...
Lins everywhere! That's probably why they called them 'Common Elves' ;)
If you've been following the story, you know the High Elves are living on an island to the north west, and you also know how pissed their queen is at everything. I wonder why...

You put so much work into making Syl'Anar, an actual, fleshed out world and it shows! Wish I could afford to donate more but anyway kudos and keep on going!

If she gets caught, then we get in "big" shit, shes our responsibility and she should not be leaving her masters presence (its explicity said with Lin, they have to be accompany into public places.) . I myself think its fine just to give them a home were they wont be abused. So on that end, I already have thoughts of putting her back on the market if she continues to do what she does.. Cause either I get in big shit when shes caught, or shes caught and taken away since I wasnt managing her properly. Her idea might be great and noble, but we are not some hero of justice out their to save the elves. I'll take them in when I can.. sure. But we are way too busy trying to manage a hotel and provide for a happy family/comminity. Thats just my thoughts on Nia. Anway, I just wanted to say that as my perspective. I all for giving her a good home with friends and.... maybe some kinky stuff ^_~, but alls shes doing is going to get me in trouble when she messes up or caught by authorities at this point. :s
