We all know why the farmer & Harvey left the balloon so late during that date for... reasons.
First piece of the month! I had a lot of fun doing this one, and I hpoe you like it!
Versions 1-12 are standard Harvey, 13-24 have some stubble on him if you prefer that! Versions without the mermaid's pendant are also available upon request as well. Just ask in the comments! 25 and 26 are extra sfw versions if you would like them also.
EDIT: As requested, 27 is a sfw version without the mermaid's pendant and the stubble, while 28-39 areversions with stubble and without the mermaid's pendant.
