Forgot to mention .02 requires restart
Added 2018-12-08 23:52:04 +0000 UTCI forgot to mention that I missed a few flags I needed in version .01, so unfortunately version .02 requires a restart. The good new is I made sure to flag every single choice I think this time, no matter if I thought they were insignificant, so hopefully no more restarts from here on out.
