Info post: Support levels

A few news reading the changes I’ve made in support levels:
- I’m adding an extended support level, regarding the fact I’m currently interested in creating more complex mods like armor, which takes more efforts and time, and considering the fact I also work in office 5/2, I left with a little time for my hobby;
- I’m removing any paywall restrictions from my uploads, so from now on, all of my mods released here are free to download.
