"Faster HDT-SMP" plugin is required to run the hair physics (available on Nexus).
Also available as wig. Type "help dreads" in the console to find related ARMO ID and spawn an item with "player.additem <ID> 1" command, or use mods like QUI or AddItemMenu.

It's pretty complicated to do, since every hair includes a few parts and adjust it to fit male/female head for every race will take a lot of time really. It would be easier to adjust the skull shape of character through RaceMenu to fit the hair. That was what I did for my elven character
