Back Home~

Hey y'all, sorry for not posting yesterday! I was already running behind and had to stop for therapy... after which time I was involuntarily hospitalized for being a potential to threat to myself! Fortunately the teleconference doc decided the threat to myself had passed after a night in the holding room (where I watched Jurassic Park and ate a burger before being drugged up and knocked out all night lol) and released around noon today! I've been exhausted since getting home 'cause it was chaotic, I had to talk to lots of psychiatrists and people were talking at me from every direction, poking me with needles, taking blood pressure and all the fun stuff that comes with being hospitalized lol.

Yesterday's strip still needs some work, but I'm really, really tired and aim to spend the night sleeping, so when I wake tomorrow I'll get off my butt, finish it up and post it on Monday. The week ahead is gonna be touch and go. My partner Christy has the first of three iron infusions Tuesday and an endoscopy on Wednesday to determine what's causing the internal bleeding and subsequent blood loss. We're hoping it's nothing too serious, but waiting to hear. 2024 was a mess and 2025 seems it wants to continue the trend, oi!

I'm going to suspend the Mon/Wed/Fri schedule for now because between her health, and my poor mental health I know I can't keep up that kind of pace, even with the smaller panel size. Instead I'll go back to working on full-sized pages and well, release 'em when they're ready. Sorry I can't give a solid schedule right now, but as the past month has proven, having a schedule I can't keep up with is worse than delivering when I can. I'm sorry for the inefficiency and just drought of content on my end for so long now, it's just been hard y'all.
