Most guys have high iron cause we don't bleed once a month, Bill, you probably get lots of iron from eating lots of red meat, snd if you got high iron in your water, do monthly blood donations or whenever you can/are willing to do it, you'll be able to lower your iron AND remove microplastics etc from your blood, your body will just create new fresh blood, you'll also probably be saving some unlucky af organ donor bike rider

And to add, how most people don't realize that most of the other foods they push us to eat all day, grains and legumes and such, have anti-nutrients (phytic acid, lectins, and tannins, etc) in them that can severly reduce or fully bind other key nutrients, like iron, zinc, calcium, and magnesium. Calcium also reduces the absorption of iron. Think about the people that eat soaked/overnight rolled oats everyday, undercooked grains fuck with you. I was eating fully cooked oats everyday, it fucked my iron levels, especially as a woman. Lack or iron really fucks you, anxiety, heart problems like palpitations, fatigue, etc, and can be very severe the more depleted you get. Meat, fish eggs and dairy, and of course their fats, are superfoods and i don't think they want us eating so much of it.. Also, cutting out most grains and sugars, eating some fruit and veg as sides and eating more animals, has really made my life long digestion/bowel issues far better.

I wish you dove into what you guys were saying about iron/ferritin. Also, i'm convinced nutrition labels are a psy-op. In regards to animal products. They all lack the full nutritional profile, and you have to dig online to find the true full vitamin and mineral content of meat, fish, eggs and dairy,or have a university level reference book on nutrition and metabolism, and i think that's on purpose. Most people do not realize how nutritionally dense animal foods are, on top of being the most bio available. And of course, the fact that most of us have insufficient levels of vit d, and how bad that fucks with you. shit, my doc didn't even tell me, i had to read my own bloodwork to find out and do something about it in winter
