Technical Issue Explained

    Some of you are currently experiencing a strange issue where you changed tiers and were billed but are still locked out of the posts. I have been told this has happened to at least one new patron as well. Let me start by saying that if this happens to you, don't worry, all you have to do is message me directly and I can send you the links for the videos and take your votes if you're a voter.

    One of my patrons explained that after this happened to him, the next day was the first of the month and he then wasn't locked out anymore. So, it may be the case that Patreon's system works that way now, that even after paying it's forcing you to wait until the first of the following month, which if that is so, that is indeed very strange. I've already messaged their support and am waiting on a reply.

    I'm not ruling out that this may be a technical problem, but I also suspect it may be caused by me switching to billing patrons up front. Originally, the billing was monthly, and it gave you the content right away, but there were some who were taking advantage of this by unsubscribing once they got my content and then never paying for it. But now it seems that with the billing up front system, it may be forcing you to wait until the first of the month to get content even after you initially paid, but, as I stated before, just message me directly and I can send you the content immediately.

    One more important point, I have no idea if this is happening to everyone or only a few, so if you are someone who is a new patron and this problem hasn't happened to you, please inform me because I'm still trying to figure it out.
