Possible enameled keychain or pin design (draft 1)

Received mine in the mail today.... These are fantastic! I do not have a reference to go off, as I have never had the original. But that being said, I would be surprised if the original candies captured the actual tangerine taste as well as you have. Currently wishing I had ordered more than two tins lol. Thanks

I'd love to see some photos of the tins. Please send them to podcast@pd.net I really think we've been getting better all the asset is productions from going on. Experience is everything. We've gone away from the tin with the ridge on the top because we couldn't get anymore. We've also discovered it's not as airtight as the flat top tin. In our experience the candies will get weeks more lifespan in the flat top tin. If you are sending photos send photos of Candy if any are left. I'd like to see how they arrived.

I just received mine in the mail. This day could not come quick enough. Located in Idaho. I purchased 5 tins. Packaging was a little tight in the box which caused 2 of the tins to be dented pretty significantly. The candy review: Sour acid coating: it's there for 1 second and gone the next. From what I remember the original sour would stick around for about 5 seconds or longer, almost as if it was imbedded in with the layer of wax that you had to work to get off. The candy center: This part is great but it seems a tad bit stronger then the original regarding the flavor it's self, but it's great! I'd keep that as it is. The tins: I recieved 2 types of tins. The tin with the lip on top that's a little more shiny makes it feel like a more professional better quality product. The second style tin I received with the flat top and matte finish are the ones that dented and just remind me of a tin you would get for spices. I vote for the shiny tin with the lip! The pads: Those are a great idea and have a great design. Thumbs up for that. After taste?: These seems to be a very slight after taste that lingers around for a little bit . Has any one else commented on this? It may just be me getting too much in to this review lol. Great job to your team and yourself for creating this product. I can't wait to see what changes come as these reviews start coming in more and more. Regarding the acid. Is there a way you can sand blast it on to give it a deeper penetration of the wax layer using the acid powder as a media. I know you are restricted on on space but just a thought, Since you seem like the guy that likes to tinker with different ideas! Ps- if you even need more beta testers let me know👍

Just got mine. Thank you for recreating this, tastes like I'm sucking on a real tangerine. That first sour hit then transition into a soothing sweet is just how I remember it. You put a lot of time and love into doing this candy justice, much respect. Many thanks from a grown up kid✌️

It's a great idea, but I would definitely do it hard enamel, more expensive, but the smooth surface will show more detail and look nicer for a lot longer.
