The plan

So I'm asked when there will be more Tangerine Sours. The answer is soon.

I got them working on Tuesday. We started packing on Wednesday. On Thursday I left town for the first days off in about two months. I'm up in Atlanta to see the Calder/ Picasso Exhibit and the Banksy one. (see Caldar image I took today above)

But production has not stopped. We took orders for a few days from you our Patreon supports for about 500 cans. This lets us learn. Are the shipping boxes the correct size. Did we calculate labor and cost of shipping correctly.

Problems can multiply, and we need more data, and you guys are helping us more than you know by being our early group, and a controlled one.

On Monday we should have enough data to go forward.

Do we need to hire more packers?

Do we need to get in different shipping boxes?

Is the panning machine strong enough or do we need to re-build it again?

That will let us tweak production and possibly shipping prices on Tuesday. And then it will go up again. If things work as planned, we will put them back on-line Tuesday AM for you, our Patreon supporters, and then on-line for the podcast folks at about 4pm EST.

When we sell about another 500, we will take them off line again and repeat.  But you will get first shot, and if it sells out just from you guys, before we turn it on for the podcast folks, they get to wait another week. You get it first.

It is really good to see that you're planning ahead and making sure things run smoothly before opening up to more orders! I've seen a lot of people run themselves ragged because they took more orders than they could fulfill in a short timeframe, and I'd hate to see y'all overworked. :D We have been without Tangerine Sours for many years, we can wait a couple more weeks!

This is so incredibly exciting. First - PICASSO. Second, I loved the original Altoids sours. (you doing lemon next? :-) ). And Third, it's exceptionally cool seeing ya'll take on a big project like this and totally crush it.
