If the link in the welcome message does not appear
Added 2024-10-21 10:00:56 +0000 UTCI have received reports that some of my supporters are unable to see the link that also has a welcome message, and I have investigated the cause. It appears that the link is not visible when viewed from the app version of patreon. Please open patreon from your browser, not the app version.
If you are using the app version, please try the following steps.
1. Open patreon from a browser.
2. Check the welcome message in that state.
3. Click or copy and paste the URL displayed.
Notes
You can also check the URL by e-mail, but the URL is sometimes changed for security reasons, so after a while the URL sent by e-mail is no longer available. Please check from your browser whenever possible.
