ahhhh i've been waiting for this one! Brett Goldstein is the main reason why the 2nd season is better for me. The way he winced at Jimmy's screaming... 😫😫 my heart. he should us in minutes that we're going to have a great complex character there. And no, he didn't go there to get therapy from Jimmy, he just came to the clinic cause it's probably the only place he knew where to find Jimmy, to apologize. I still struggle with Jimmy, but I get him better this season too. I always understood the "theory" of what he must be feeling and what I should feel for him as a character but I don't always connected with what Jason Segel does with it. He gets to me sometimes, but other times it doesn't hit his eyes and he's so borderline cringy (like him here flexing his boobs muscles in front of Sean) that he loses me. but I have a couple things... really? you're worried about a teenager being in the house when a parent has sex? 😂 also, I still love Liz grilling Gaby. It is too much, yes, but it's very entertaining. I'll never not love Liz and she's going to do some shit this season, but I still can't not love her. And Derek, SUCH A MENSCH (which actually only means "person" in german... makes me giggle when i hear it)... he's just so unbothered. He knows Liz's faults and he's fine with them and he chooses to be happy. She rejects his calls and he's like "ok" 😂😂 zero drama person. I love that kind of character! that's the ones you never know what can happen, cause at first glance, they don't seem to have any arc at all in store. Gaby is overwhelmed... I get it!! Her only problem is that she chose the wrong "safe dick"... thanks for the company watching this one. My social battery is quite empty and meeting up with more than one person at a time is hard work, but chilling in my couch watching a cool series with cool company that requires no interaction... GREAT! 😅😅 (I promise it's a compliment!)
