A Part, Apart update

Just a quick note to give an update on the newest minicomic, which has grown from 20 pages to 24. I've subtitled it The Hidden Dominion of Geordie James companion #1, referring to the new middle-grade graphic novel I'm currently in the final stages of completing (I kind of feel like I've been "in the final stages" on it for a good 5-6 months now...). I had plans to write a new eight-page cartoon essay to include in this, but the piece that I've been working on is taking me a little longer than usual to finish, and will now be included inside the graphic novel itself as a little backup feature. I am thinking that it may be something I also publish separately eventually, possibly as a little teacher/librarian giveaway.

The new minicomic is going to feature two separate cartoon essays along with artwork and commentary about the book I've been working on. Here are a couple of images from one of the stories:

I should be sending this out to get printed by Monday or Tuesday of next week, so figuring it takes 7-10 days to get back to me, this one will very likely not be shipping until the very, very end of May. But, like I said, it's only gotten bigger, and I think will be a minicomic worth waiting for.
