January 'Zine: Wüff Comix!

I mentioned at the end of my last post, I had some ideas to make some dog-related comics for my next 'zine, and that is what I am doing! I'm pleased to share with you the cover image to Wüff Comix!
I was never allowed many pets growing up, apart from looking after a stray outdoors cat for a few years, we never had any other feline or canine companions, so I am making up for that in my adulthood. Up until a few months ago, our household boasted two guinea pigs and two dogs. Sadly, the guinea pigs left us recently, but the dogs remain. I am thinking about getting a third. You can never have too many good friends like dogs!
Both our dogs are black, so it's hard to see them in this photo, but I thought there was a lovely cosy seasonal charm to this pic.
This 'zine will be digest sized, 5.5x8.5, the format that probably works the best for most of my comics and 'zines. I felt bad about the November 'zine, and how illegible a lot of the text was at that size, but have learned a good lesson from that. I plan on putting some text into this issue, but it will be mostly comics.
