On one of his last albums, PATIENCE, George Michael basically wrote a little autobiography of his own, a song called "Round Here", talking about his parents, where he grew up, meeting Andrew, going on to do what he did.
Wham! were my sister's favorite band when we were little, and the two of us would fight about them all of the time, because of course, since she loved them, then therefore I hated them. I really convinced myself for a long time that I did as well. But, in reality, George Michael became one of my favorite singers as well.
