Community Update - October 2025

Every month we release these community updates to let people know about Forgotten Adventure releases they may have missed, and for this October's update, we have a lot to cover! So let's dive in, or just listen to the video version of the recap here!

First up, this week we have a new one-shot we're streaming to close out the Halloween season, as Defenders of Phandelver finished their second season, we decided to take a break from D&D to try the one page TTRPG, Swamp Goblin Mysteries. Check it out this Friday, November 7th at 6pm ET on our Twitch!

And be sure to check out the Fears & Fortunes season 3 finale happening next Wednesday, November 12th at 9pm ET. The party has traveled to the desert city of the Cransynch Oasis to learn more about the Seer and settle an old score. We have a big episode planned so don't miss it!

One of the maps we'll be using in the finale, is the luxurious Villa House that FA Battlemaps released this month. A perfect locale for nobles in a tropical climate, complete with two floors, a pool and a clean version of the map for you to decorate yourself!

And also released this month is the Frozen Tomb, a terrifying dungeon on a frozen mountain side, complete with an ice lich's throne and a door puzzle!

If you need help defeating a lich or solving a puzzle, call the crew from Fears & Fortunes! The tokens team has just released all the player tokens for our show, along with stunning color variations.

They also went ahead and released several of the villains, including the Puppet Mistress, Merciless Executioner and Ghost Librarian. Not to mention a scary looking Werebat and new werewolf tokens!

Speaking of the Puppet Mistress, all of the mannequin assets we used for her battle on Fears & Fortunes, are now available to give your next map a dash of uncanny horror! The Assets team also released new desert flora and camping assets!

All of these new assets can be found in the new FA Nexus module, by far the biggest thing we announced this month! It's the most powerful module we've ever released for Foundry, allowing you to import tokens, map assets, textures, and paths right into Foundry! Making map making or map editing easier than ever!
