Community Update - July 2025

Greetings, we are back for another community monthly update! We do these once a month to highlight some of the community events happening, and to recap the awesome content released by Forgotten Adventures this month!

First up, our Tokens Team has been VERY busy this past month, first they restructured and reorganized the Tokens Library, using feedback from all of you, to make things easier to navigate. Then they released two different updates which together include eight new aquatic creatures, and improved redraws of essential NPCs. Including color variants, that's over 270 tokens this month!

With so many tokens at your disposal, it would normally be difficult to bring them all into Foundry...but not any more! Stryxin went and surprised us all by unveiling the new FA Token Browser, which makes finding and importing tokens easier than ever! Try it out today and let us know what you think!

Those aquatic tokens we mentioned earlier might come in handy in these two new maps by the FA Battlemaps team. Sewage Sumps is the perfect place for a large scale encounter; and if the fight gets too rough, your party can retreat for medical aid at the Sewers Hospital! Not an ideal place to get medical care, but it sure is an interesting locale!

Maybe deep underground sewers aren't your thing, maybe you are looking for more sun! Then Desert Springs is just the place for you; this hot environments have even hotter springs that burn with acidic waters. Or you can customize the map to be one of several location types, so you will have a good desert themed encounter no matter what you are planning.

Last up from the Battlemaps Team is their latest addition to our Phandelver Encounters maps. Pack 9 includes two locales set in the Endless Void: The Wailing Battlefield and the Mire of Doubt!

Expect to see both of these maps one day in our Defenders of Phandelver streamed campaign, which is returning next Sunday, August 17th at 11am PST/3pm GMT. The party is excited to start up again, and we've been hard at work prepping and improving the show to make our next season even better than the last! Follow us on socials to see the trailer when it drops next week, we'll also be announcing the premiere date for Fears & Fortunes season 3!

Last but not least, we have updated how we organize our libraries, making it easier for you to get access to the entire Asset Library and Token Library, both in Png and Webp format, making it much easier to start using our stuff without dozens of downloads, and saving you space on your hard drives!
