Wild Wolf Brought to Heel

A Terry Bogard TG using a character nobody knows about, not even people who like this series. He was in one random side game nobody played and it made him sort of a perfect tg villain since we could sort of fill in whatever we liked. This is a comic where Flash did a bulk of the writing and concept so he'll give the notes below. For the art White is normally not depicted with face paint but his in game sprite and a few random bits of art do give him a pale Joker like skin tone and I felt that was more interesting especially since we could apply it to Crimson at the end.

We tried a version where Crimson had full red face paint to match her color name but it made her look diseased more than anything so we went with white but very exaggerated blush.

Flash's Notes:
The character White is based on the guy from Clockwork Orange visually but I've never seen that so I didn't reference it at all. His handful of spoken lines give him a mix between an aristocrat and a mad clown, so I tried to convey that though it leans more towards cruel lord than crazy clown.
