Last episode when it had the dialogue bits it was thinking, so the ability to act like a more sentient being than the regular ants, but no Korean (or Japanese for anime purposes). The ant king gains the ability to speak in the recognized language through it's rather large meal throughout the raid. As the ant king eats people it gains the memories/thoughts of those consumed, so for how it is able to speak and also it ate the queen and learned Cha was the one who dealt the killing blow which is why she is targeted first among the Korean S ranks. Goto was equating the ant's power level/bloodlust to Jinwoo. The animation of the "domain" the king activates looks similar to Jinwoo activating bloodlust (red tint instead of blue) if you go back to the fight against Kang in S1. They didn't animate the Jinwoo/Goto fight with the shadow details Goto was catching glimpses of (despite showing the aura before they started fighting) and left out a scene the manwha added but during that fight Goto gets a glimpse of the skill before it ends.
