This comic has quite a bit of background information the commissioner provided to go with it so read on if you want all the context.
This is set in an AU where instead of All Might, Deku runs into foreign hero Lady Might. Recognizing potential in Deku Lady Might introduces Deku to her own mentor, Miss Might is a Greek Hero who married All Might and settled in Japan. She presents Deku with special medallions that represent different Greek Goddesses, each one supposedly able to pass a quirk onto Deku if he becomes its champion.
Of course this also has the side effect of making him a woman, and also Greek in ethnic appearance. Having picked Aphrodite, Deku also must 'prove himself as a woman of love' before her quirk is unlocked, represented through her hair braiding itself. Despite not having her main power she still did receive some athletic improvements and trains to get into UA which she does. Come back in a couple weeks to see how her first day of class goes.
Its definitely a personalized fanfiction and I have a feeling many readers might find the whole backstory a bit much to digest. That said there's still a great 2 page Transformation, and some fun panels with female Deku.
