NOT a spoiler, was shown in this episode. The resistance to take over Shinichi's brain was: 1. He had headphones in, so it went for the nose, which caused Shinichi to sneeze and wake up. 2. When it went into his right arm Shinichi wrapped his earphone wire around his arm, it couldn't progress through his body. I'm sure you knew this, but at the end it seemed like you weren't sure what the resistance was
