And with that, you've caught up on Re:Zero, as far as the anime is, up through arc 4. There's still the OVAs though. Memory Snow takes place between episodes 11 and 12 of season 1 and is a light-hearted slice-of-life break, sort of a calm before the storm before the return to the capital and the pain hits. Frozen Bonds (not Ponds) is a heavy-hitting prequel covering events that happened sometime in the 7-ish year span after Emilia was freed from the ice but before she joined Roswaal. Both are quite good in their own right. Memory Snow is really funny and it's got some great foreshadowing, and Frozen Bonds is amazing in its lonely, personal storytelling. Neither is required material but I definitely recommend them. We have no news yet of a S3. Though I'd be very surprised if there isn't one in the works right now. S2 did very well for a S2; it'd be stupid not to keep it going. If they do it right, and take the time White Fox needs, with the pacing the series needs (and really I hope they do), I'd guess S3 starting early-mid 2023 covering just arc 5. In case you're curious: The novels are still being written. The original WN is partway into the 7th arc out of a planned 11 arcs, it's currently a bit over two seasons worth of content ahead of the anime. The Japanese LNs are at the same point. The dub is quite good; on any other show I'd recommend it over the sub, but the JP acting is just too good to miss. Some voices do take getting used to, though it seems it's different for everyone. I've seen people have trouble with Emilia, Ram, Roswaal, Garf, or Reinhard's VAs but for me the one I had trouble getting used to was Rem. Still, dub is great for a rewatch. Sean Chiplock plays Subaru and he does an excellent job. Lastly, I don't think I need to tell a grown man about the birds and the bees, but no, kissing does not make babies. Puck, as Emilia's parental figure, needed to have a certain important conversation with her, but never did. Little bastard.

Also the dub for this show is rather well done. I'm definitely not one for dubs but I was watching the show with someone who watches dub so I watched the show in dub one time and the voices are done pretty well. It is all about just getting used to them. Especially Roswaal's VA.
