The little girl you referred to in this episode is Pandora, the witch of vanity. She said it during the dialogue between herself and Petelgeuse, but it was so quick that I am not surprised you didn't catch it.

2021-07-03 02:37:24 +0000 UTCAs far as I know, Pandora is not Echidna. Pandora is the witch of vanity while Echidna is the witch of greed. As well, I think Emilia's trial takes place way after Ryuzu's flashback we saw at the start of the episode, and clearly Echidna still looks the same as she did so many years ago.
