Never heard of it, but after a quick search I found out Madhouse animated it and I have yet to see Madhouse pump out anything bad.(Death note was also animated by Madhouse).

2021-05-02 22:57:44 +0000 UTCNaruto, bleach to bring the views. Monster(animated by madhouse) is a cult classic, well written but not that popular. Parasyte(Madhouse) is both popular and has an interesting plot and plenty of action and gore akin to tokyo ghou(S1 not 2, definitely no S2 haha)l. Also may I suggest taking a look at Fate/Zero, it was written by Gen Urobuchi(famous for very grim, dark twists and plenty of blood) making it very different from Fate S/N UBW, yet using a familiar setting and characters.
