But in all seriousness, Hopkins and Foster give two of the greatest performances in all of cinema in this movie. And this movie has not just one but two of the greatest villains of all time. Plus one of the greatest heroes. Also, Catherine Martin is so relatable lol. Singing along with tunes in her car, helping a guy who seems to be in need of help, then fighting for her life so cleverly by taking the dog. And, when that fails, it's so real that she just lashes out at Clarice. 'Don't leave me here you fucking bitch!' Who wouldn't be like that in that situation??? Lol
