Dude when I was a kid in the 80's my grandparents had this on VHS so every summer I spent at their house, i watched this over and over.. And the main vocalist for the theme song was Limahl.. Singer of the synth pop band Kajagoogoo they had a hit song called, Too Shy huge hit in the 80's. Most people know the song but have no clue who performed it. The horse dying scene wrecked us kids and the wolf terrified us. what a great movie. Based on a novel so this is like a book within a book within a book. And the Allegories..Still brilliant. I haven't watched this in years not since my kids were young. Thinking I need to sit with my grandkids and watch this.. they're a bit older than Bastian but... I think they'll love it.
