Rainmaker uses weather-resistant drones to increase precipitation and novel radar hardware to measure how much man-made precipitation is created. Rainmaker’s first priority is reversing the desertification of the American west, and ultimately to terraform deserts into abundant, green, arable land.

These 'geoengineers' say that they prefer aluminum to other materials because it is highly reflective, but that's not the real reason. Aluminum is a very good electrical conductor and responds well to microwave or radar pulses used to manipulate them when they have been formed into clouds. Add some silver iodide and you have a super conductive moisture laden cloud that can easily be controlled using Nexrad radar pulses from the ground and or weather satellites.

I wonder if these people who play God even have any feelings. Being in SW FL and suffering through a major Hurricane (Ian) and two major floods in a two year span (Milton and Helene) was bad - but it pales in comparison to what has happened in Texas and in NC last year. My heart aches for TX and still for NC and those in my own area who lost everything. But the loss of any life, especially these children is an unspeakable unacceptable horror.

They also can provide governments and manuiciplaities information that Rainmaking companies do not follow because they have never done one study on how their technology of 80 years alters deuterium and oxygen isotopes in the land below cloud seeding.
