2023-10-16 04:31:40 +0000 UTCELF tech has been around for well over 40 yrs. The Navy was playing with this back in the 1970's (Sanguine project). It is shown to negatively effect animal life. This includes emf put off by high voltage power lines, out to about 500 meters.
