Not to sound like a tree hugger, but some of the best medicine you can get grows in your backyard. It can start with dandelions. My wife and I are heavy into horticulture after I went through horrible shit with being put on a cocktail of meds 10 years ago. I had to use cannabis for the first time to help myself cut the pills out. Once I learned cannabis was good for you I dedicated the last 7 years learning about various plants. Next I moved out of the city, started a little homestead- simplified work and started using natural shit in my every day life. Psychedelics and cannabis help with reconciling the traumatic shit I’ve seen along the way (friends hanging themselves etc.) - I’m looking forward to hearing what #010 has to offer.

I use Himalayan compressed capsule (from AZN). My HBP was uncontrolled with max dose of any prescription med — I switched to Arjuna after my brother told me about it and it’s been completely controlled ever since. Miracle of nature. They’ve been using it for 1000s of years. Please do your own research though.
