Carbine Fundamentals Dynamic Range Basic Etiquette
Added 2020-12-12 05:06:54 +0000 UTCHello Tier II and Tier III,
In this video I cover basic range etiquette on a dynamic rage. Every facility has its own rules that you'll need to know for each facility. Don't be "that guy".
I also cover how I wear my sling and why.
More Fundamentals filmed and new videos in editing now.
Remember you are responsible for every round.
Adhere to all firearms safety rules and range commands/protocols at your facility. For more info on safety, see https://www.nrablog.com/articles/2015/7/the-rules-of-nra-gun-safety/

So hypothetically I know a turd who has tiny hands that shoots cross eye dominance shoots pistol left hand shoots rifle /shotgun right and also has to use middle finger as trigger finger on handguns even on a glock 43 because my (I mean his) finger is so short can I be helped at all😂

2020-12-15 04:59:39 +0000 UTCHonestly, I vary rarely, if ever take the freefloat rail down. I treat my guns like tools and the finishes are pretty tough these days. General maintenance is good but I don't go too deep into it. Some dings and scratches give it character.

2020-12-15 04:35:58 +0000 UTCHighest Level Elite Operator - world class content! Keep it coming Shawn - I learn from every one of your videos. Rapidly improving with my AR skills thanks to your content and my practicing! My pistol accuracy at 25 yards sucks though! I shoot an HK 45 for my gun by the bedside and an HK 45 compact as a carry gun. I shoot the HK 45 C better and still suck at 25 yards.

2020-12-14 00:00:09 +0000 UTCYou are first person I know who explained this material in such details; belt position makes a lot of sense in weapon transition as for left and right sight of gun vs rifle. Rifle up does not feel natural yet but it makes a lot of sense too. Thank you very much for the video!👍

2020-12-12 20:28:31 +0000 UTCThan the old rifles that I grew up with to oil and maintain. I’m used to wiping down the barrel witch is not accessible with out removing the hand guard like on a Daniel Defense. How often is that necessary? From what I’ve seen it’s best to keep all the gas block tubing dry maintain a little on the bolt and where it and the charging handle is making contact. Also storing them for a couple weeks at a time. Sometimes I get called away for work I may not be back for a few weeks. I know your running your stuff daily. Any hints or tips on this subject would be awesome I’ve seen a lot of different info but what the right way and any suggestions on oil or kits etc.

2020-12-12 06:18:30 +0000 UTCI started watching your Videos back on you tube and have followed you ever since. Your pod cast are great. Everyone you have featured a salute to all of those guys and you. Patron is a great platform and we appreciate you taking time to lay it out but with no bullshit. I’ve got a carbine fundamentals question for you about maintenance. These AR’s are a lot different that
