Got a request from a Patron that I think is worth sharing with the community. Here's a more elaborate answer.
This one's for you Kaven ๐๐ป (More elaborate answer).

Not more than you can carry. I know it is a freaking dumb answer but you have to take into consideration your own physical ability. Say you're trying to carry someone out of chaos or an intense situation who is injured, if you simply cannot carry the person you are going to risk the life of that person and yourself. You wouldn't jump in a pull to save someone if you cannot swim.

2020-11-24 03:44:22 +0000 UTCI bought a 40lb training vest for cardio, push-ups, and some other exercises and it's one of the best investments I've made in terms of exercise equipment and thinking about an 80lb.

2020-10-22 04:31:28 +0000 UTCI think it depends. It you Train to carry 20lb a mile then donโt expect to carry 20 lb two miles. You get out what you put in !!

2020-10-15 01:10:16 +0000 UTCWell I don't do my training for entering the military to old for that now but I do every once in a while do throw my weighted vest of 20lbs on and do at least a mile run so that I know I will be able to run with my armor and firearms if needed to be. Plus I am overweight and trying to fix that but this dad bod doesn't want to give
