Often recoil anticipation. Dryfire is usually where this can be worked out in training.

2021-02-28 14:26:34 +0000 UTCI don't like having to drift my sights to compensate. If the gun is consistently grouping off with multiple competent shooters, the sights might need to be adjusted. Keep at it!

Follow up question, do you ever compensate by adjusting the sites on your gun, or is that just reinforcing sloppy mechanics? My groups are tight, but low left. Assuming still better to work on moving my groups with the sites where they are at rather then adjusting the sites?
