Fundamentals: One Handed Pistol Shooting

I hope you are all well! Today's video is on shooting a pistol one handed.
Shooting one handed will help isolate the trigger press portion of your fundamentals while training and will help you when you return to two handed grip. Let me know if ya'll have any questions in the comments below.

You looked a lot like my unflexible ass when Iβve attempted yoga in the past π π€£.. but you got to do it with an awesome handgun.
