Happy Mother's Day!
This drill is building off of the previous 25 yard warm up. This one will help you push your limits, build proficiency and accuracy. Remember this is not about raw speed, it is about consistency. The timer is just to add a little bit of stress and establish a benchmark.
Please let me know any questions in the comments below.
Cheers!

2021-03-11 01:15:42 +0000 UTCI still consider myself a beginner I do think I can do this though, last time out I stretched to 25 just to see if I can make some hits most were on target the first time I tried I missed every time . Next time I go I’ll be practicing drawing form a holster for the first time maybe I should bring it in a little closer ? Does the size of the gun matter mine is a compact with a 3.6 barrel I was told that barrel length can limit you range , is that true ? It’s an FnS9c if that helps

2020-12-12 13:03:21 +0000 UTCHolster is more advanced. I would get comfortable with these static line drills first before advancing to the holster work. Strong safety and trigger control fundamentals will make holster work easier.

2020-08-01 08:19:05 +0000 UTCI am pretty green and haven’t really started doing anything from the holster yet. Would it be better to go ahead and start practicing with the holster and dry firing on this drill or should I do maybe 12.5 yards and skip the holster part?

2020-06-01 19:34:11 +0000 UTCAwesome to hear! 25 yards really helps isolate each area of breaking the shot and it's good to stretch out that distance.

2020-05-13 02:14:49 +0000 UTCThanks. It went pretty good. I put about 125 rounds in during lunch. I would say I got about 70% in the C box. This is definitely a lot better than just training at 5 yards. From today’s training, I would say grip, flinching, and sight picture are some of the areas I need to work on.
