Hello Patreon!
Been in the editing studio and shipping orders the last few days lots of content produced and will be published this week!
Got a question in the last Tier III live about going out in full armor vs concealed and had a good discussion there.
Here is a video on one of my low profile setups and some philosophy on how to run it.
Let me know any questions.
We filmed multiple videos last weekend and will be publishing exclusives on all Tiers this week.
Tier II Training Exclusive coming this week.
Tier III Live this weekend! (I'll post a time this week).
Cheers!

I forgot to mention when sizing a vest or carrier unless the manufacturer states otherwise you typically are buying a carrier to fit the plates not your body. All of the carriers I have will adjust to accomate a wide range of bodies but ensure you have measured your dimensions and have the right size plates.

They typically are called “slick” carriers for lack of pouches on front and most come with an elastic cummerbund. Almost identical to this video, some makers I know of would be Ferro concepts, spiritus systems, and trex arms. There are many more but these three I can say are quality and will last. All three are also capable of being somewhat modular and you can use them covertly under a shirt like this video, and also attack pouches and have it set up in a more overt manner.

2020-09-17 02:30:12 +0000 UTCThey make some pretty slick looking stuff.

2020-04-23 14:34:33 +0000 UTCBeen looking at some of the new stuff coming out and interested but I can only vouch for the stuff that I know is proven. Soft vs Steel always becomes a weight vs protection thing but the technology is getting better every day. Will be showing some more plates soon.

2020-04-22 10:59:34 +0000 UTCI keep a low pro set up in my truck next to my truck bag. Throw it on quick if I have to and go to work. My advice to anyone running armor (low pro or an outer) is to get range time in with it. Practice moving and manipulating around objects. It takes some getting used to. Get comfortable with it. Another solid video! 🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷

2020-04-22 02:10:18 +0000 UTCThis is a good one and a setup I would actually consider investing in. Every other “low-pro” setup I have seen reviewed is basically a full duty plate carrier minus the molle and is grey because you know “gray man”.

2020-04-21 21:51:45 +0000 UTCIs there a low-pro setup of soft armor you'd recommend or thing is comparable? Would you review a soft armor setup vs steel? Be interesting to see the pro/cons vs both.
