Map Change
Added 2020-10-04 12:02:21 +0000 UTCCurrently, the game’s map separates nearly every room with a line connecting them. I’ve been mulling over changing this so that rooms within the same area don’t have that line, and are instead just placed next to each other. I feel like this might make for some better mental-mapping by visually segregating these areas into blocks of rooms. I wanted to ask you all what you think before I make the change, though.
I’ve attached an image to this post to show what I mean. Map A is how things currently are; this shows you what your apartment looks like with all of its different rooms. I feel like this makes it difficult to distinguish particular areas from each other by looking at the map alone. Map B is what I’m proposing; this shows both Yosnackitty Park and the Mystical Glade as two separate areas connected by the line, but all of the rooms within each area are snuggled up against each other without a line. I'm thinking that this second method would make it easier to look at the map and figure out which parts of the map are "clumps" of related rooms.
Which should it be?

I like how things are personally, it gives personality to the city layout instead of being a sandbox ^^;
