Here's a picture featuring Byleth from Fire Emblem Three Houses. The idea was suggested by ds.

"Byleth (3houses) there is a new type of tea that just arrive to the monastery with some growth properties, it's not that noticable of you only take it one but with byleth multiple tea times with different students , he is struggling to even sit on the table without breaking it. Also his appetitie gets bigger as he grows making him devour even more treats"

Byleth didn't know what was going on that day, besides people wanting to have tea with him one after the other, the tea seemed to have strange effects, boosting all his stats AND size with each sip he took.

He could refuse at any point, but he didn't want to seem rude by not accepting their invitations...and his body also demanded more and more food, so the snacks they brought for each tea time just added more to the whole event.
