(I don't know much of the story of NEO because I've yet to beat it, and don't want to spoil myself too much;; So sorry if there isn't much of a story)
So here's beat having some fun at the city riding his skaterboard. Whether he means to cause chaos or not, he does seem to just be having fun nonetheless.
