Here's a picture featuring Tanjiro from Demon Slayer. The idea was suggested by Chartias.

After all the confusion from Inosuke and Zenitsu's strange growth, Tanjiro started to wonder if this curse that's affecting his friends is contagious...

As if the curse itself wanted to answer his questioning, Tanjiro started to get affected by the curse too! He could notice his clothes slowly getting tighter. But he barely had anything to eat yet, and he also hasn't slept ever since this morning, so what was it that was making him grow...

HE took a deep breath to give his mind some air...but there was his answer, the more air he inhaled, the more he grew! Out of shock, he gasped, and accidentally took a huuuuuge breath, making him grow huge, even bigger than Inosuke, in just a matter of seconds!

Zenitsu was already shocked from Inosuke's size, but with Tanjiro growing much bigger all of a sudden, poor Zenitsu was about to faint! Meanwhile, Inosuke just glimpsed at Tanjiro, and just went back to eating without giving a care about Tanjiro's growing body. Maybe he was just enjoying his meal a lot....or wanted to see if he could ourgrow Tanjiro by eating much faster!

Tanjiro couldn't help growing bigger, since he needed to breath to, well, keep on living. WIth all the growing boys, the inn won't last for too long before it's destroyed by their growing bodies...
